Hello, I'm Dr. Cynthia Smith chiropractor, acupuncturist, hypnotherapist, clairvoyant reader, and healer. Today's meditation is on setting our intentions for the new year what do we want to manifest in this new year. The tools and the meditation we're going to do today are tools that you can use at any time you can heal in the moment.

With that being said find yourself in a comfortable place comfortable chair where you can settle in and really be comfortable for the next 15 or 20 minutes

Once you're there go ahead and nestle in, get comfortable, and if you feel like it like yourself just because you can and when you're ready go ahead and close your eyes

Put your attention as a point of light behind your eyes and in between your temples as if you're looking at the world from behind your eyes this is the center of head or your center of head space it's the center of your sixth chakra. This is the space where you can have neutrality, where you can look at your life or your life situations from a place of objectivity impartiality. You're at an arm's distance

Be in the center of your head just nestle in there for a moment as a point of light.

Take a deep breath.

As you breathe out allow your body to relax.

In whatever chair or couch you're sitting on or if you're laying down allow whatever you're sitting on to support you.

Allow yourself to feel supported.

Take a deep breath.

and let it go

From the center of your head being relaxed,
imagine again what it feels like to be supported

As you allow yourself to feel supported you'll find that you become more relaxed and the more relaxed you are the easier it is to feel supported.

As you feel supported it's easier to relax.

Just nestle in.

getting more and more relaxed,
more and more comfortable feeling supported.

As you feel supported you begin to feel
safe. Then from the center of your head imagine a bubble in all directions over your head on either side in front of you behind you under your feet. This is your aura or your energy field, your personal space. So be in your bubble in the center of your head.

Notice as you look at the borders of your bubble,
and you see your space,
that energy field you appreciate the dimension therein.

That allows you to feel even more supported,
even more safe.

Take a moment and be in the center of your head in your bubble, feeling safe and supported.

As you feel safe and supported, imagine that you have a tube of light that connects the base of your spine through the chair you're sitting in through all the floors of the building that you're in down through all the layers of the earth all the way down to the center of the earth.

The center of the earth imagine is a patch of grass, a lawn, a meadow, and see that tube of light that's as wide as you are.

Drive ever so carefully into that patch of grass so that you feel really tethered really grounded really anchored.

Notice now that you're grounded.

You feel even more safe even more relaxed even more comfortable even more supported.

You can just allow yourself to sink in to that chair you're sitting in.

Just be in the center of your head grounded in your bubble.

For the new year as you set your intentions on what you'd like to manifest, what you would like to appear, what you'd like to heal. First let's heal our physical bodies so be in the center of your head grounded in your bubble and on the outside of your bubble not touching your bubble you can put up a reading screen a video screen.

Look at it with your eyes closed see it in your mind's eye.

See a picture of yourself in present time on that video screen and if that's difficult for you, imagine a stick figure that represents you.

When you take a look at that figure or that representation of yourself give it a healing.

If you have a bum shoulder send light to that shoulder and imagine that it's healed if you have an illness in your body imagine that your body is healed of that illness.

Whatever your physical body needs rest, comfort, rejuvenation.

Whatever your physical body needs give it to your physical body now see it in your mind's eye as if it's happening.

You can do this over and over as often as you need as often as you like to different areas different conditions.

When you've given your physical body the healing that it needs, take that image off your reading screen and bring it into your bubble. Bring it into your bubble and install it into your physical body.

Let yourself have that healing

As you have that healing, feel it blossom out throughout your body, through every cell, through every tissue type, and believe that as this is working in your body you can set it on autopilot and it will continue to heal long after this meditation.

Imagine that that healing is just permeating through your entire being.

From this moment forth you've given your physical body a healing.

Now on that reading screen imagine that you're writing a script the story of your life.

See on that reading screen the story of your life the movie that you are writing directing and starring in.

See everything that you would like to accomplish, you would like to manifest, you would like to evolve. See it on that reading screen as if you're watching a movie.

See it with as many glorious details as you can imagine every little aspect.

I always like to add the little special sauce and cooler than I could possibly imagine.

Things that you couldn't think of but once they show up oh it's perfect.

If you want to get a new job, advance in your career, buy a home, establish a relationship, whatever it is that you would like to do, achieve, accomplish, or manifest see it as if it's already happening.

Watch it play out in all its glorious detail.

Have it be easy.

Just watch it evolve.
You can edit this movie to your heart's desire.

You can add and subtract as much as you like.

Two things with this movie first believe that you can have it.
Magic is easy you just make a wish and let yourself have it.
Imagine that you are already there whatever it is.

Secondly take this wish, this intention, dream, desire that you have for your future which starts right now. Imagine that you are taking this movie this script that you're writing and imagine that you're bundling it up taking it off the reading screen and sending it off to the universe. Sending it off to the god of your heart so that he or she or they could fill your order with all the beauty and grace and specificity you can manner.

Send it off and believe that your intentions
for the new year have already begun to manifest.

Take a deep breath, and be happy.

Rest in the knowingness that you've created something beautiful.

You did it in your mind's eye and you did it from your heart.

Take a deep breath and be at peace.
