I'm here to talk to you about hypnosis to help you stop smoking smoking.  Often times smoking is a habit as much as an addiction. If it's an addiction there are modalities that I can help you with with acupuncture and herbs. If it's a habit we can also use acupuncture but that's where hypnosis or hypnotherapy can be wildly beneficial to help you change those behaviors and habits and create something that's more healthful. It's all about choices.  You might even get some pup therapy.
