Hello, I'm Dr. Cynthia Smith, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Hypnotherapist, and I'm coming to you from my office in intuitive hypnotherapy. I wanted to tell you how hypnosis, meditation, instruction, and mindfulness can help with anxiety. Anxiety is something that's becoming more and more prevalent in our very very stressed-out world. I too have struggled with it from time to time and when I am able to regain my focus, sometimes focusing on my breath, sometimes as simply as taking a deep breath, I'm able to recenter.
