Mindful Birthing is Dr. Cynthia Smith’s original, holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Unlike traditional Hypnobirthing, which focuses primarily on hypnotic relaxation and breathing techniques, Mindful Birthing blends these tools with spirit-to-spirit communication between parents and their unborn child—an advanced practice Dr. Cynthia has taught for years as a clairvoyant reader and healer. Something she playfully calls "Practical Telepathy." 

Drawing on decades of experience in hypnotherapy, hypnosis, energy medicine, chakra balancing, chiropractic care, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture, Dr. Cynthia guides expectant parents in regulating the mind and body through all stages of labor and delivery. This unique integration not only helps manage pain and stress, but also deepens the emotional and spiritual bond between parent and child.

The Mindful Birthing program is designed to make pregnancy more intentional, loving, grounded, and connected—while offering direct support before, during, and after birth.
